Philip Waterman III
Founder & Managing Member
Mr. Waterman has been in the commercial real estate business since 1987. He was formerly a Partner at Tishman Speyer and the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Reckson Associates Realty Corp. (NYSE: “RA”), and founded Reckson’s NYC Division in 1999. He was responsible for all aspects of its business until the Company was sold to SL Green in January 2007.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Conover is responsible for the Company’s financial, accounting, and capital market activities. Mr. Conover was previously the Chief Accounting Officer with The Related Companies and spent more than a decade with Tishman Speyer Properties, where he worked closely with Mr. Waterman.
Michael E. Keaveney
Vice President & Director of Operations
Mr. Keaveney is responsible for property management and operations for the Company’s office assets. He has been in the New York City management and construction industry for twelve years. Prior to joining the Company, he was with Fisher Brothers and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Mr. Bernstein is responsible for the financial underwriting of the investment opportunities the Company pursues, and leads the Company’s leasing team. He graduated from Tufts University with highest honors and previously worked at Apollo Global Management in its Real Estate Private Equity group.
Mr. Baydala is responsible for property management and operations at 400 Park Avenue. He also oversees several of the Company’s other office assets in Manhattan. He has been involved in property management and building operations for six years. Prior to joining the Company, he was a property manager with Tishman Speyer. Mr. Baydala is a graduate of Loyola University in Maryland, and is currently pursuing continuing education at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
Mr. Mykytiuk is responsible for the property management of 125 W 55th Street. Mr. Mykytiuk has worked in commercial real estate management in New York City for twelve years. Prior to joining the Company, he worked in the property management divisions of Boston Properties and Macklowe Management.
Ms. Taylor oversees the day-to-day financial accounting of all office assets, and is responsible for the preparation of annual budgets and monthly management reports. She was previously with Colliers International and Tishman Speyer Properties.
Property Services Coordinator
Ms. Mero is responsible for the coordination of tenant services and administrative functions at 125 West 55th Street. Prior to joining the Company, she was with Taconic Partners, LLC.
Property Services Coordinator
Ms. Salvador is responsible for the coordination of tenant services and administrative functions at 400 Park Avenue. Prior to joining the Company, she was with ISS Facility Services and Clear Channel Spectacolor.
Mr. Stein is a member of the Company’s acquisitions and leasing teams. He received his BA in Economics from UC Davis, and his MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Mr. Hardecker is responsible for asset management of Company owned and managed properties. He was formerly a Senior Real Estate Analyst for NYU Langone Medical Center and prior to that, was at Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Hardecker received his BS in Accounting from University of Albany, SUNY and his MS in Accounting from Baruch College.
Executive Assistant, Property Management & Operations
Mr. Cummings joined Waterman Interests in 2011. Previously, he worked at RFR, Marsh Inc., and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Cummings made his professional singing debut at the age of 14 and subsequently has performed with the New York City Opera, Santa Fe Opera and Sarasota Opera. He has now transitioned back into more popular music and is working in the art form of cabaret.
Ms. Williams joined Waterman Properties in 2015 and is responsible for managing account payables and receivables. Ms. Williams has over ten years of accounting experience and prior to joining Waterman Properties worked for Tishman Speyer Properties.
